The submission of personal information through the Whistleblowing Channel will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. We inform you that the data you provide will be processed on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation, for the sole and exclusive purpose of handling reports of allegedly irregular conduct related to financial, accounting, commercial or regulatory malpractice committed by employees or representatives of Viñedos y Bodegas Dominio de Tares, in accordance with the company’s code of ethics and internal policies.

Your data may be accessible to external technology service providers, such as web hosting, IT maintenance and similar services linked to Viñedos y Bodegas Dominio de Tares.

Data obtained through this channel will be retained only for as long as necessary to resolve the report. In any case, after 3 months from the date the data was entered, it will be deleted from the whistleblowing system, unless retention is required to provide evidence of the functioning of the crime prevention model. You may at any time exercise the rights granted to you under the LOPDGDD, namely: access to your data, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability.
